5. Intellectual Property Rights

The website, services, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Nodior and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our methodologies, frameworks, and analytical processes remain our proprietary property.

5.2 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the specific deliverables created for their projects. However, we retain the right to use generalized insights, methodologies, and non-client-specific knowledge gained from projects for future work.

5.3 Replicable Frameworks

We provide clients with documentation that enables them to replicate our analytical methodology independently for future projects. This does not constitute a transfer of our intellectual property rights in the underlying methodologies.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, fees, and schedules will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Fees are based on project scope and complexity
• Payment is typically required before final deliverable release
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise specified

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination:

• You must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
• We will deliver any completed work products
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
• Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive
